Mobile Pet Grooming in Sutton, Millbury & Worcester, MA

Professional grooming delivered right to your driveway in our custom Groom-in-Vans. No car ride, no drop-off, no waiting. Just one-on-one care for your dog or cat, steps from your front door.

A New England first

We've been grooming in driveways since 1986

When TLC purchased its first mobile Groom-in-Van in 1986, the idea was so new to New England that we were featured on Boston Channel 4's Evening Magazine. Forty years later, our custom vans are still making the rounds through Sutton, Millbury, Worcester, and the surrounding Central Massachusetts towns, and the idea is as good as ever: for many pets, the ride and the unfamiliar shop are the stressful part, not the groom.

Your pet is groomed one-on-one, right outside your home, by the same experienced TLC groomers who work in our shop. It's a particularly good fit for anxious pets, seniors who shouldn't travel, multi-pet households, and busy owners who'd rather skip the double trip.

Why go mobile

Benefits of the Groom-in-Van

No travel stress

No car ride, no carrier battle, no waiting room. Your pet walks from the front door to the van and back.

One-on-one attention

Your pet is the only pet. The groomer's full focus, start to finish, in a calm and quiet space.

Easier on you

No drop-off and pickup trips. Stay home and go about your day while we take care of the rest.

How it works

Simple from start to finish

  1. Call to schedule

Call us at (508) 865-3180 to set up your appointment. We'll talk through your pet's breed, coat, and needs, and give you a wide estimate over the phone.

  2. The van comes to you

On appointment day, our custom Groom-in-Van pulls up to your driveway with everything needed for a complete professional groom.

  3. A close estimate, in person

Once we meet your dog or cat and see the coat, we'll confirm a close estimate before we begin. No surprises.

  4. Fresh, clean, and home

When the groom is done, your pet walks right back inside. No pickup trip, no waiting.

Questions

Mobile grooming FAQ

How much does mobile grooming cost?+

Like our in-shop grooming, pricing depends on breed, hair type, coat condition, size, length, and temperament, so we give a wide estimate by phone and a close estimate when we meet your pet. Due to travel requirements and the personal, one-on-one nature of the service, in-van prices are approximately $40 higher than our in-shop grooming prices.

Do you groom cats in the van?+

Yes, we groom both dogs and cats, in the shop and in our mobile vans. Cats especially benefit from skipping the carrier and car ride.

What do you need from me on the day?+

Just a spot in your driveway for the van and your pet ready to go. Every pet in our care must be current on their rabies vaccine, and we'll ask for records if we don't already have them on file or in your client portal account.

How do we pay for the grooming?+

All forms of payment are accepted. Mobile credit card payments, including text-to-pay options, are preferred. Tips for groomers are always appreciated!

Is mobile grooming good for anxious or older pets?+

It's often the ideal fit. Skipping the car ride and the busy shop keeps many nervous and senior pets far calmer, and the one-on-one setting lets the groomer work at your pet's pace.
